Russia and Ukraine in current gas crisis
How crazy is that? Apparently I watched the news saying the Russians are threatening to cut off the Ukranians since the Ukrainian's have trouble paying of their $1.5 billion debt. That's a lot of money, enough to set me up for the rest of my life. According to BBC world, payment is due 1500GMT (Pukul berapa tu?) and Russia is pretty keen on enforcing it.
Very tricky negotiation! Yekhanurov and Putin meeting to discuss what can be done. Good luck to the Ukranian president trying to defend himself and get out of this sitch. Energy is a big issue anywhere in the world. Fancy that, Andriy Shevchenko 'balik kampung' and can't eat his mom's homecooked "Nasi Ayam Ukraine". Crrrrazy!
Elsewhere, some cartoonist gets into strife for drawing up the face Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. Astaghfirullahalazim. Currently receiving death threats from many angry people. Some people never learn.
